Yes. Use the Fast Pay page with your wireless number or account number and your billing ZIP code.

Accepted Answer

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the steps. If you also forgot your ID, choose Forgot ID first.

Usually it is a wrong password, a saved old password, a browser issue or a lock after many attempts. Use the reset flow instead of retrying.

It can on qualified plans when paired with paperless billing. Check your plan, because not every plan qualifies.

Question 7

What is the AT&T customer service number?

Accepted Answer

AT&T’s support page lists 800.331.0500 for billing and account help. You can also dial 611 from an AT&T phone.

Question 9

Is my AT&T email password the same as my account password?

Accepted Answer

If your user ID is tied to an att.net address, AT&T says the password is shared across both.
